Mold and Mildew treatment in Attic and crawl space in Pinetop

A home in Pinetop, Arizona was affected by mold/mildew which occurred due to inadequate ventilation of the attic and the crawl space under the home. Dry Guys Restoration applied mold/mildew stain remover to the surface areas of the attic trusses, decking, ceiling framing, and crawl space floor joists.

We then applied a sealant to the surfaces to protect them and also sealed a stud wall for odor control.

It appears that most every home in that valley that doesn’t have a good ventilation system for the attic and crawl space has mold.
